corporation operating in the Philippines to serve the needs of indigent  but deserving talented youth of
Calantas and Nabuclod Aeta Community in Floridablanca, Pampanga, Philippines. Nabuclod Aetas
are indigenous people living in the mountains bordering the Pampanga and Zambales provinces.

Articles of Incorporation
This is a document declaring the purpose and direction of the Foundation's mission and  goes with an
understanding of the defined parameters of which it has to commit its actions and activities.

By-Laws.
This document defines the rules of operation of the Foundation, especially among its officers and
members, that each member has to abide and comply with.

Deed of Land Donation
The CYDFI Founders initially donated two parcels of lot measuring 496 sq.m. each to be used to build
the main Headquarter Office and other activities of the Foundation.

Transfer Certificate of Title (a) #569167-R and (b) #569168-R
Two land legal documents to indicate that the two properties do now belong to the Calantas Young
Dreamers Foundation, Inc.

Social Responsibility.
The main document of the Foundation "Social Responsibility" is divided into five (5) main
parts, namely:
  • CYDFI Handbook 1.This document is written to define the parameter of what and how the
Foundation (Calantas Young Dreamers Foundation, Inc.) is going to function. It serves as a guide
to the operation of the Foundation.
  • CYDFI Calantas Journal 2. This document chronicles the on-going process of what and
how the Foundation attempts to address its mission of empowering indigent but deserving
talented youth of Calantas  and Nabuclod through its Scholarship Program Model.
  • CYDFI Nabuclod Aeta Journal 3. This document is an excerpt of the dissertation research
material of the  CYDF Founder reflecting his devotion and commitment to help improve the quality
of life of the indigenous people (Aetas) living in the mountain range bordering the Zambales and
Pampanga in the towns of Floridablanca and Porac in Pampanga, Philippines. The Aeta Journal
presents, too, a dictionary version documentation of their dialect. Thus, the Aeta Dialect Dictionary
is put up to preserve and protect the language used by the indigenous people (Aetas). It has been
observed that as a people, they are being acculturated and assimilated that in no time, they might
lose a very significant aspect of their culture, that is: the use of their language. It is acknowledged
that there is so much to learn about how the Aeta Dialect is used    to communicate to the
    mainstream society in the Philippines.
  • CYDF USA Journal 4. This document is about the present efforts of the Founder on how the
Sister Foundation is being established. It presents the content and process of how the Foundation
is being registered, as yet, in California.
  • Geriatric Healthcare Center for Filipinos 5. This is a document written, not only for the
Field Study of the Founder's Gerontology Graduate Program at San Francisco State University in
May 2005 but to, also, address the need of establishing a nonprofit medical model healthcare
facility for the Filipino-American aging population in the San Francisco  Bay Area. This proposed
medical model healthcare facility is imbedded with ethnic-specific psycho-socio-emotional,
religious and culturally-sensitive services to meet the healthcare needs of the target population.
GHCF will operate as a dba of the CYDF USA, (Inc) of which the latter is currently in the process
of being registered in California for its 501.c3 status.
  • BHC Eleven Hundred Newsletter
Newsletter has been produced and edited by CYDF Founder while working as  a Social
Worker at Burlingame Healthcare Center which could be adopted at the proposed model
of healthcare facility named: Geriatric Healthcare Center for Filipinos (GHCF).

Some Root Causes of Abject Poverty
