Community-Based Scholarship of CYDFI Philippines is a CYLEP Project Model that is designed
to help less privileged and poorest of the poor but deserving talented youths help them help
themselves through good education so they can help incoming scholars leading to
breaking their cycle of poverty, as they learn to be socially responsible leaders
of tomorrow and become Ambassadors of Peace and Goodwill to Mankind.
