Implications (02) Towards Community Growth & Development
  • Seemingly, this animated illustration paints a picture on the "Spiral With Ripple Effect Motion" of the "SWREM Theory In Action" leading to
breaking the cycle of poverty among the youths in Calantas and Nabuclod with implications, not only to personal but community growth and
development, as they learn to become socially responsible. Their self-esteem is enhanced and feel so good about themselves and now, they are
ready to share and give something back to their community on a continuous spiral loop basis thru the CYDFI Scholarship Project Model of the
Community Youth Leadership and Empowerment Program of the Foundation. In the ultimate analysis, the methodology does not only address in
breaking the Cycle of Poverty in the Philippine rural areas but empowers youths to be at their very best of "who" and "what" they want to be and
become in their life. Only then, can they truly become socially responsible and discover the deep value of their search for meaning in life that "for
life lived to the fullest makes one's life fulfilled especially when shared in the service of others".
