Criteria for Maintaining
CYDFI Scholarship Program
(CYDFI Handbook, Art. 3, s2, p26)
The following are the criteria for maintaining scholarship of the
Foundation and they shall be strictly enforced for Phases 1 and 2:
  1. No grade below 80 in both academic and non-academic subjects to
    maintain an average of 80.
  2. Maintain good behavior during the entire scholarship period.
    Meaning, NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DANGEROUS AND/OR
    ILLEGAL DRUGS (ATOD).
  3. Engage in community work in Calantas (and Nabuclod, when
    possible), with school children during summer breaks by creating
    activities to encourage social awareness and responsibility to self,
    others and community.
  4. Phase 1 Scholars will meet with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of
    the Foundation at least every after periodic grades are released for
    updates and evaluation of academic plans and submission of
    grades' copy.
  5. Phase 2 Scholars will meet with the CEO at least after semestral
    grades are released for updates of academic plans and submission
    of grades' copy.
  6. Phase 3 Scholars will have to adhere to "Personal Accountability"
    as stipulated in Art. 2, ss3.3c of the CYDFI Handbok.
  7. In addition, CYDFI Scholars, together with one of the respective
    parents and/or guardian or adult family member, shall attend the
    Annual Board Meeting in Calantas.
