Time has come for CYDF USA to be registered in California and it will take 6 months to one year to know the outcome of the registration application as a nonprofit organization and be granted a tax-exempt status per 501.c3 of the IRS (Federal) and FTB tax-exempt status (State of CA). All previous positions while the Foundation is not registered are but temporary ones. The process has already started to roll to legally register the Foundation... |
