*BS Accountancy at FEU (Far Eastern University in Manila) is a 5-year program and one of the most rigorous and
effective in terms of delivering results in the CPA Licensure Board Examinations. Students are trained well by expert
reviewers and practioners in public accounting, management accounting, taxation and business law. Training and
instruction in the various branches of the accounting field is reinforced by state-of-the-art technology support,
dynamic academic linkages, and industry-based apprenticeship program. To date, graduates of this course are 100%
placed in top auditing firms and multi-national corporations. To qualify for this program, one must meet admission
requirements, e.g. passing the Qualifying Test and passing all board-related subjects. Top performing students are

CASH INCENTIVE is...
  1. a monetary incentive given directly to a qualified
    CYDFI scholar where the money of the main
    sponsor's assistance in paying for the tuition fee and
    other school-related expenses are already covered by
    the secondary scholarship made available to the
    CYDFI scholar by the University.
  2. given directly to the scholar to be used prudently in
    covering, otherwise anticipated, other unexpected and
    unforseen school-related expenses during the term of
    the school due to scarcity of financial resources that
    the family or the Foundation may encounter and
    consider this money (Cash Incentive) as an
    EMERGENCY FUND.
  3. The Emergency Fund is totally under the control of
    the CYDFI Scholar and is supposed to be deposited in
    the Bank, once the Foundation has appropriately
    recorded and documented the Fund.
***Cash Incentive, as a Policy, is awarded to a CYDFI
Scholar who meets the following criteria, with an objective to
empower to become the best of what s/he is capable of being
and becoming, translating that into becoming more productive
and endeavor to excell in academic performance, as a key
ingredient in building a stronger foundation to become
successful in one's chosen career in life while in pursuit to
attain and finish college education.
  1. Must be on Phase 2 of the Community-Based
    Scholarship Project Model and enrolled in a college
    course at the University.
  2. Must meet Criteria to Maintain CYDFI Scholarship
  3. Must have a main sponsor willing to abide by the Cash
    Incentive Policy of the Foundation.
  4. Must have a secondary scholarship either in the form of
    grant and/or academic scholarship from the University.
  5. Parents must be willing to assume responsibility in
    helping to finance other school-related and unexpected
    expenses not covered by the CASH INCENTIVE, so as
    not to put the CYDFI scholar in jeopardy while
    attending college education in the University.

Selection Criteria As A "Cream" Of CYDFI Scholars
  1. Must be on the Phase 2: College Scholarship Program of the Calantas Young Dreamers Foundation, Inc.
  2. Must have a main sponsor willing to abide by the Cash Incentive Policy of CYDFI.
  3. Must have a Scholarship Grant or Academic Scholarship acquired or granted by the University where the CYDF
    Scholar is enrolled at.
  4. Must meet Criteria for Maintaining Scholarship, as expected by both the CYDFI and the University (where the
    scholar is enrolled).
